Melissa Smith - Painter

Melissa Smith divides her time between her flooded home in New orleans and a trailer in front of her flooded and tree-smashed cottage in Bay St. Louis. Thanks to generous grants from art organizations, she has been able to replace her supplies and her painting boat and has resumed painting scenes of Louisiana and Mississippi waterways.
